1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BRIVOX AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Token Packs and Payments

BRIVOX AI operates on a token pack model. When you purchase a token pack, the tokens are credited to your account and do not expire. Tokens are consumed based on usage of paid models. All payments are processed through Kashier and are non-refundable once tokens are consumed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BRIVOX AI for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes. This includes generating malicious code, harassment, fraud, or content that violates intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

BRIVOX AI, including all logos, code, models, and design, is the property of Brivox. You retain ownership of content you create using our services, subject to our acceptable use policies.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Tokens already purchased remain valid even if specific models are discontinued.

7. Limitation of Liability

BRIVOX AI is provided 'as is' without warranties. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies — verify critical outputs independently. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Unused tokens are not refundable upon account deletion.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
