At BRIVOX AI, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and authentication credentials. We also collect chat conversations to provide our service, usage data (token consumption, model selection), and basic device information for security purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to: provide and improve our services, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, send important account notifications, and comply with legal obligations. We do NOT sell your personal data, and we do NOT train AI models on your conversations without explicit consent.

4. Third-Party Services

To provide our service, we use trusted third parties: Kashier (payment processing), OpenRouter and Anthropic (AI model providers), and PocketBase (database hosting). When you send a message, the prompt is forwarded to AI providers for processing. These providers have their own privacy policies.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) to protect your data in transit. Your password is hashed using strong cryptographic algorithms. We restrict access to personal data to authorized personnel only.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and chat history as long as your account is active. You can delete individual chats or your entire account at any time. After account deletion, we may retain certain information for legal and audit purposes (typically 90 days).

7. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your data, request corrections, request deletion, export your data, object to specific processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact hello@brivox.tech.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or share data with advertising networks.

9. Children's Privacy

BRIVOX AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn we have, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
